A post with pictures, finally!

With not one drop of Internet access at my new place of employment it's few and far between that I'm able to make post's to my blog. I miss posting at least once a week. Now I post, if I'm lucky, three times a month. Man, I can't wait to be home. Life has been speeding past as normal and with family and friends it's full of birthday's, baptisms, blessings, births, and more. We've had friends and family over the past few weeks giving birth to their third or fourth child. We just found out that a good friend of ours who has a set of twin girls and two boys is expecting another set of twins. Whoa Nelly!! We've been (I should just say me) enjoying all our informative adoptions classes that are held every Thursday for 2 hours. We're slowly working on finishing up our bathroom. And we've been really excited for the warm weather so we can take all our friends camping (they seem to be the ones who want to get out and do that with us the most).

Here's a few pictures that we took over the past few weeks (nothing too exciting)
All the local brothers came over after priesthood for pizza. Scott and Brett were really enjoying themselves. I guess if you eat too much pizza it makes your true character come out.

We all went over to Grandma and Grandpa Harmon's for lunch in-between conference sessions. The BBQ was great and we really enjoyed the company. It was great to see Mike and Danielle and the kids. We're so excited to have them down here with us. (see that empty spot next to Scott and I? That's where Ty, Kim, and family go.)

Scott had another wedding to shoot this weekend but this time it was family of family. Isn't it amazing how Scott and Andrew look like brothers. They act like brothers!! Scott loved this shot he took of the bride and groom.

Visiting Scott during the reception. Didn't really know the family, but enjoyed the food and the photographer!!

Here we are up at Deer Valley @ the Stein Erickson Lodge where Spencer and Rheina held their engagement party. It was beautiful. The food was great, the atmosphere spectacular, and we were surrounded by people who were catching the last few days of skiing. We wished everyone in the family could have been there!

Well, until next time!

  1. Fun pictures! I like the one Scott did of the bride and groom. That’s right where a husband should be, in the palm of her hand. :)

I think you do a great job of updating your blog… you’re way ahead of me! I’m lucky if I post once a month. Keep ‘em coming!

  2. I love that bride and groom picture. If it were mine, I'd blow it up as big as they let me and put it in my bedroom...as a reminder!

And by the way, LOVE the picture of you and your hubby--you are so dang gorgeous! He's a lucky guy.

  4. Thank you so much for the pictures. It's nice to see everyone through the blogs since we can't be there. Although we always feel a bit guilty that Mike and Danielle manage to make it and we don't. Now that the baby is here, we'll be able to come up.

And as with everone else, that picture Scott took of the bride and groom is fantastic. So cute. Did he come up with the idea on his own? I love it!
